Once you and your therapist agree to proceed, we'll start the insurance verification process, which takes about 3 business days. Please have the following ready:
Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Aetna, or Cigna insurance card (we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare)
Your Driver's license. All clients must be a resident of North Carolina.
An electronic payment method (Credit, Debit, or HSA/FSA Card)

Please set aside at least 45 minutes to complete the intake documents before your first session. If your file (consent forms, questionnaires, and payment method) is incomplete, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
Important Note: We do not get involved in short term disability or fit for duty matters.
