Hey! I'm Elizabeth, an LCMHCA, therapeutic performing artist, and passionate advocate for helping women, families, adolescents, and adults find their footing in the middle of life's hardest seasons. If you've ever felt like you're holding too much — carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations while quietly losing pieces of yourself — I see you. My goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner voice, and rediscover the parts of yourself that deserve to breathe again.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, anger, grief, life transitions, identity struggles, parentification, emotional neglect, professional burnout, ADHD, and the complex dynamics that show up in adult children and family relationships. In our sessions, we'll use creativity and expression as tools for healing — through the SoulWork Stanza Method of storytelling, expressive arts, and approaches rooted in ACT, CBT, Attachment, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I'm currently in training to become a certified Soul Work Facilitator, deepening my practice in culturally-responsive, identity-centered creative healing. You'll learn to notice what your emotions are trying to tell you, practice grounding skills, and build confidence in expressing what you need without fear or guilt. Over time, clients often find more balance, improved relationships, and a renewed sense of peace in their daily lives.
Our sessions — available both in-person and virtually — are a space for honesty, exploration, and growth. I blend expressive arts with evidence-based approaches to make therapy both engaging and transformative. Whether it's journaling, mindfulness, or creative exercises, everything we do is designed to help you find your rhythm and write a story that feels true to you.
When I'm not in session, I'm usually pouring back into my community — supporting youth arts programs, exploring local performing and visual arts spaces around the city, and creating spaces where children can dream big. I believe healing isn't just about overcoming pain — it's about embracing the beauty of becoming.
And in my own life, I practice what I teach: finding self-care in small, intentional moments — basking in sunlight while biking to work, reflecting on quotes that linger, or dancing to Gracie's Corner remixes that remind me joy is medicine too.

More About Me
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and degrees in Theatre. My background in both counseling and the performing arts allows me to integrate creativity, expression, and evidence-based practices into sessions that are deeply transformative for my clients.
Creative:
Creativity is at the heart of my work. I use expressive arts and experiential approaches to help clients explore their emotions, find their voice, and begin writing their own transformative stories. Whether through movement, reflection, or imagination, I believe healing can be a creative process.
Passionate:
I am passionate about helping people discover who they are beyond their challenges. My goal is to create safe spaces where women, families, and adolescents can grow, heal, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and strength.
Community focused:
Community care is central to my values. I support organizations that encourage children to explore the arts and dream freely. I also enjoy giving back to my local community by volunteering and serving at food pantries—small acts that nurture collective healing and connection.
Balanced:
I believe healing also happens in everyday moments. I make time for self-care by soaking in the sun’s warmth while biking to work, reflecting on quotes that inspire me, or dancing to Gracie’s Corner remixes that remind me to celebrate joy in movement and sound.
